BEATBALL PARTY SCHEDULE

You’ll have access to the venue and your reserved party table from the start of your booked session - no need to arrive earlier.

• Check-In & Setup 15mins Check waivers at reception, and go to your party area before the games begin.

• Beatball Cage Action Enjoy 1 hour of high-energy Beatball fun with your very own Umpire/Games Coordinator running the session.

• Party Zone Time After the games, your group will have 30 minutes in our cage-side Party Zone for food, drinks, and cake.

•  Please note: There is no entry to the Beatball Cage once your allocated game time has finished.

• Please ask any parents collecting guests to arrive about 15 minutes before your session ends. This allows enough time for a smooth pickup and ensures the party area can be vacated promptly for cleaning and preparation before the next Beatball session.

 PARTY AREA ETIQUETTE

Decorations and Party Bags
Beatball Australia does not allow party poppers, water pistols, or any decorations that create excessive mess and may delay preparation for the next booking.
Your private party space is used for multiple events each day, so please help us keep it clean for the next group by:
✔ Disposing of used plates, cups, food containers, and cake boxes in the bins provided
✔ Please don’t place empty Pizza Boxes in the bins, they may be left on the table above the bins in your party area.
✔ Cleaning up any spills from birthday cake or food
✔ Leaving the area in a reasonably tidy condition at the end of your party
Our staff will clean the floor and reset the tables after your session.

Beatball Waiver Checklist WAIVERS – REQUIRED FOR ENTRY INTO THE BEATBALL CAGE
Before your party, please ensure all waivers are completed using one of the following options:

 

Option 1 – Organiser Waiver & Guest List (this link can be found on your booking confirmation
• The organiser can complete a single waiver form on behalf of all invited guests.
• Include each guest’s full name on your guest list when submitting.

 

Option 2 – Send Waiver Link to Parents
• Share the waiver link directly with parents so they can complete it online.

 

Option 3 – Send Us Your Guest List
• Email or upload your guest list to us.
• Our team will cross-check and confirm which waivers have been signed on the day of party at reception.

 

To ensure smooth check-in:
Every child participating must have a signed waiver and wear clean socks to play
Any adult signing for a minor must supervise them while at Beatball

VENUE RESTRICTIONS
NO Glass - Only plastic containers or bowls are permitted. Glass and crockery (including cake stands or plates) are not allowed for safety reasons.
If you’ve brought any glass or breakable items, please return them to your car. Our staff will be happy to provide you with a non-breakable alternative if needed.
For safety reasons, sparklers are not permitted. Candles only, please.
No Alcohol
Warning: Under Section 113 of the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 (Victoria), it is illegal to consume or supply alcohol on a premises without a valid licence or BYO permit. This also prohibits possessing open containers of alcohol on such premises. Beatball Australia does NOT hold a licence or permit for BYO, sale, or consumption of alcohol on its premises.
