Food and Safety Management
My group is permitted to bring in our own food and drink (excluding any alcohol) to cater for the invited guests of my function. I undertake to maintain safe food handling practices whilst in the Beatball Venue and take sole responsibility for the preparation, handling, health, quality, dietary and allergic standards of any food or drink that I or any of my invited group bring into the Beatball Venue.
Glass or crockery poses a serious safety hazard to guests and Beatball staff and is not allowed to be brought into the venue.
No confetti, Cake Smash or Glitter is allowed in the venue. Food or liquid that is mishandled and or allowed to be thrown on the floor or onto any fittings in the Beatball Venue can pose a serious safety hazard to guests and Beatball staff. Plates or cups are not permitted to be thrown around venue.
Standing on stools or climbing the outside of the Beatball Cage is not safe and not permitted.
Any used items such as plates, cups, food, cake and related boxes brought in or used by your group, need to be disposed of in the bins provided. Please ensure at the end of your party, that your area is in a reasonably clean condition so that our cleaning staff can clean the floor, sanitize, and reset the tables for the next party guests without delay. I understand that a $30.00 cleaning fee will be payable by me, prior to leaving the Beatball Venue or later charged to the credit card used for my booking should I choose not to clean my area prior to leaving. Please prepare to vacate venue punctually at conclusion of your session time.
I understand that all members of my group must comply with all safety directions of BEATBALL.
BEATBALL reserves the right to suspend or cancel any Customer’s access to any Recreational Activities at BEATBALL in its absolute discretion for non-compliance with these Conditions, or for reckless or careless conduct, aggressiveness and any other behaviour deemed to be unsuitable by BEATBALL
No Bare Feet Allowed/Clean Socks must be worn on the Beatball Court (BYO) If you do not have socks on the day they can be purchased for $3.00 a pair.
Once Cage Time Activities are over and food is served, there is NO re-entry back into the Cage.
