PARTY TIME - YOUR PARTY TIME FOR YOUR FREESTYLE PARTY

Entry to venue and your table from 11am (No need to arrive any earlier)
15 Minutes to check in at reception and setup your table area. 11am - 11.15am
1 Hour Beatball Cage Access - 11.15pm - 12.15pm
30 Minutes Cage side Party Zone for Food, Drinks and Cake 12.15pm - 12.45pm
Please note there is NO ENTRY to the Beatball Cage after Games time has concluded.
Please ask any parents that are collecting guests to arrive at our venue between 12.30PM and 12.45PM as we must have the party area vacated once your party time is up, so that sanitizing can take place in preparation for the next party/Beatball session.

BEATBALL PARTY AREA

The private area allocated to your party is used multiple times a day therefore we ask your group to respect our facilities.
We ask your group to dispose in bins provided, any used items such as plates, cups and any food/cake boxes brought in by your group. Cleaning up birthday cake and or food items brought into our venue requires your group to clean up and dispose of in the bins provided.
Please read through our Event Terms and Conditions fill, sign and return.
Please ensure at the end of your party that your area is in a reasonably clean condition, our cleaning staff will clean the floor and reset the tables for the next party guests.

This is required 5 days prior to your party.

Please ensure we are made aware in advance of any food allergies any of the guests may have.
To assist our game coordinators, please let us discreetly know upon arrival if any guest in the party will require any special consideration or has any disability.

WAIVERS FOR PARTY GUESTS (AND ANY PARENTS WHO WANT TO ENTER THE BEATBALL CAGE)

To ensure there are no entry delays for your invited party guests at the Beatball venue, please send this Waiver LINK for all guests to the parents/guardians. Every party guest that is planning to take part in the birthday activities MUST have a signed waiver from a parent or guardian.
Any parent or guardian signing a waiver assuming responsibility for a minor or minors (anyone under 18 years of age) must ensure the said minors are supervised by them during their attendance at the Beatball Venue. It is the sole responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure any minors in their care behave in a safe manner and adhere to the rules of the Beatball Venue during their attendance at the Beatball venue.
Children under the age of 5 will not be allowed to enter the Cage to join in birthday sporting activities with older party guests.

· Chilled Water Station in your/each Party Zone.
· We provide plates, cutlery and cups for all ticketed guests.

Extra Info

· Min 10 guests required for Birthday Party Package with a maximum of 30
· Free Pass for the Birthday Child (redeemable on their next visit- not applicable for Birthday Parties)
· Clean Socks must be worn on the Beatball Court (BYO) No Bare feet allowed.
· Party sessions are limited to 20 non-participating guests, should your party exceed this limit, please call us to discuss in advance
· Only plastic containers/bowls are allowed - NO Glass or Crockery (including plate/stand for your cake)
· No Reheating or freezer facilities are available however, your party section does have its own refrigerator.
· No Alcohol is permitted to be brought in or consumed within the premises of the Beatball venue.
