BEATBALL MAX SPORTS PARTY – PARTY SCHEDULE

Party Start Time: 5:45PM
You’ll have access to the venue and your party table from 5:45 PM — no need to arrive earlier.

🕟 5:45PM – 6:00PM
Check in at reception and set up your table area.

🏀 6:00PM – 7:00PM 1 hour of Beatball Cage action with your very own Umpire/Games Coordinator.

🎉 7:00PM – 7:30PM Enjoy 30 minutes in our cage-side Party Zone for food, drinks, and cake.

🚫 Please note: there is NO ENTRY to the Beatball Cage after game time has ﬁnished.

Please ask any parents that are collecting guests to arrive at our venue between 7.15PM and 7.30PM as we must have the party area vacated once your party time is up, so that sanitizing can take place in preparation for the next party/Beatball session

🥳 PARTY AREA ETIQUETTE

Decorations and Party Bags

Beatball Australia does not allow party poppers, water pistols, or any decorations that create excessive mess and may delay preparation for the next booking.

Your private party space is used for multiple events each day, so please help us keep it clean for the next group by:

✔ Disposing of used plates, cups, food containers, and cake boxes in the bins provided

✔ Cleaning up any spills from birthday cake or food

✔ Leaving the area in a reasonably tidy condition at the end of your party

Our staff will clean the ﬂoor and reset the tables after your session.

✅ WAIVERS – REQUIRED FOR ENTRY INTO THE BEATBALL CAGE

To ensure smooth check-in:

🔒 Every child participating must have a signed waiver and wear clean socks to play

👨‍👧 Any adult signing for a minor must supervise them while at Beatball

⚠ Children under 5 years are not permitted inside the Beatball Cage

VENUE RESTRICTIONS

NO Glass Only plastic containers or bowls are permitted. Glass and crockery (including cake stands or plates) are not allowed for safety reasons.

If you’ve brought any glass or breakable items, please return them to your car. Our staff will be happy to provide you with a non-breakable alternative if needed.

No Alcohol

Warning: Under Section 113 of the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 (Victoria), it is illegal to consume or supply alcohol on a premises without a valid licence or BYO permit. This also prohibits possessing open containers of alcohol on such premises. Beatball Australia does NOT hold a licence or permit for BYO, sale, or consumption of alcohol on its premises.
